I had the opportunity to meet and shoot a fantastic piano player a few weeks ago, Mr. Donell Jones. We met up at Lacefield Music off of Hwy 94 here in St. Charles to do a couple of shots for an upcoming concert he had, and our many thanks to Howard Kessler, manager at the store who let us use their beautiful red room. I'm kicking myself that I didn't bring my digital recorder to grab a few minutes of Donell playing...wow! Maybe he'll meet up with me soon to do so or I can bring it to his next big concert.
